After a little research on the internet we knew exactly what we want and after some other jewelry stores, we end up at Getzow to compare prices for a diamond ring. Not only they took the time to explain us the differences between the diamonds quality (no other store did ... it), not only they had beautiful diamonds and settings, but it was affordable (best price we found). Had a battery replaced by them on my Swiss Army watch just over a month ago. Watch stopped working. Took it back to Getzow and upon inspection found inside of watch corroded. Told them I was pushed into a salt water pool while on vacation. Which actually was the truth! ... Seal on watch cover apparently failed. Staff at shop remembered me and gave me a new battery, no charge. They wished me good luck in attempting to clean all the contacts and de-corrode the watch. Well after an hour of work and some industrial contact cleaner the watch now works fine. Point being, customer service here is excellent. They have won my business, my next jewelry purchase will definitely be here at Getzow. Read More
